Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply when you book a job with us. Plain language, no surprises.

1. Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and WeDo Travels, a courier and logistics business operating in Ireland. Contact: contact@wedotravels.ie, +353 89 982 3186 or +353 89 973 3853.

By requesting a quote or booking a job, you accept these terms.

2. Quotes

Quotes given through this website, by phone or by message are based on the information you give us. A quote is an estimate, not a binding contract, until we confirm the job with you directly.

If the job turns out to be materially different from what was described - significantly more items, no parking access, no lift where one was expected, a different address - we may need to revise the price. We'll tell you before doing any additional work, not after.

How pricing works

€60 is the minimum charge for home moving, junk removal, pick ups and drop offs, and transfers and events, and covers the first hour. Time beyond the first hour is billed in 15-minute intervals, so you only pay for the time actually used - a job running to 1 hour 20 minutes is charged as 1 hour 30, not 2 hours.

Delivery and courier jobs start at €25 and are quoted individually.

Your quote is estimated from the size of the job, the collection and delivery addresses, access conditions at both ends (stairs or lift), the expected loading and unloading time, and whether you've asked for an additional helper.

There are no hidden charges. Where a job involves recycling centre fees, tolls or parking charges, these are passed on at cost and always agreed with you in advance - never added to an invoice afterwards.

3. Booking and notice

The online quote form asks for a minimum of 24 hours' notice, so we can allocate the right vehicle and crew.

Same-day work is available subject to availability - arrange it by phone or WhatsApp rather than through the form, and we'll tell you honestly whether we can fit it in.

Submitting the quote form is a request, not a confirmed booking. Your slot is only held once we've confirmed it with you.

4. Coverage areas

5. Payment

No payment or deposit is taken through this website. Payment is arranged directly with us and is due on completion of the job unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.

For business delivery partners, invoicing terms are set out in your partnership agreement.

6. Cancellation and changes

Occasionally weather, traffic, breakdowns or events outside our control force a delay. We'll contact you as soon as we know and reschedule at no extra cost.

7. Your responsibilities

To let us do the job properly, you agree to:

8. What we don't carry

We cannot transport:

For junk removal, some waste types (asbestos, chemicals, clinical waste, tyres) need a licensed specialist. We'll tell you if we spot something we can't legally take.

9. Liability

We take care of your things, and we carry the insurance required for the work we do. Details of current cover are available on request.

We are not liable for:

Any claim for loss or damage must be reported to us within 7 days of the job, in writing, with photos where possible.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you're a consumer, your statutory rights under Irish consumer law are unaffected.

10. Photos of completed work

We sometimes photograph completed jobs for our website and social media. These never include your name, address or any identifying details. If you'd rather we didn't, just tell us on the day and we won't.

11. Complaints

If something goes wrong, contact us first - most things are sorted quickly with a phone call. Email contact@wedotravels.ie and we'll acknowledge within 2 working days.

12. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page on the date your job is confirmed.
